Please read these terms carefully before using the services of BOLD Technology UG. The T&C affect your obligations and legal rights, including, but not limited to, waiver of rights and limitation of liability. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the T&C in its latest version. **Knowledge Required**

1. The User expressly acknowledges and represents that they have carefully reviewed the T&C and fully understand the nature and scope of the services provided by BOLD Technology UG.

3. BOLD Technology UG shall not be responsible for any loss or situations resulting from the User’s failure to understand the services or technology used.

These T&C are subject to and governed by German law. Any disputes arising from these T&C shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

However, users acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.

**Final Provisions**

If any provision of these T&C is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and BOLD Technology UG regarding the use of the platform and services.
